| What about "lefties" ? |
| The left hand golf population makes up roughly 2% of the population. The options are to leave one or two stations for them, or to rotate the platform by using the center mounting hole provided. The Flex-TrackTM weighs 45 pounds and is not difficult to rotate, the VT-SatelliteTM weighs 11 pounds and can be purchased in pairs to accommodate left or right handed golfers from the same station. |
| How strong is the platform? |
| We get this question every now and again because of the poor performance of other product platforms, which are made from a material called polypropylene or polyethylene. The cost of their raw material is about 50 cents per pound. Our platform is made from an impact modified, UV protected ABS, at a cost of $3.00 per pound, it will not break, warp, or crack, even under the most demanding environments. While it is true that anything can be broken, we have gone to great lengths to find the strongest material available. You can drive a truck over it without any damage. During testing, we literally pounded the platform with golf clubs, which only resulted in broken clubs. |
| What about weather? |
| The platform is constructed with a co-extruded UV protective cap, making the product impervious to sun, heat, cold, rain, snow, chemicals and the like. A drainage system is designed into the platform to eliminate water pooling. |
| What happens when the turf wears out? |
| All wearable components are easily replaced. The cost of replacing our 12"x 24" divot simulation turf is as low as $34.95. The replacement insert is simple to replace. |
| We just bought mats what can we do? |
| We do provide you with the option of suppling your own stance and tee strip sections. |
| What does it cost? |
| All of the Virtual TurfTM products are maintenance free and made from the very best materials available. No matter what your current buying cycle or cost per station, Virtual TurfTM is more cost effective. And with Virtual TurfTM, your member or customer will feel better, won’t be as tired, and will enjoy himself more. | How do you install it? |
| It can be installed in a number of different ways because of its versatility. Some facilities put them on cement pads like other mats. Some put them on pea gravel, while some put them right on bare ground. Some bury them along the tee line and mow right over them. Any mounting option can be accomplished. Since there is no pad requirement, the savings on construction can be substantial. |
| How does the adjustable tee work? |
| The tees are adjustable due to the design, and are not special with regard to the tees themselves. Other tee options include wood tee holders. |
| How much does it cost to ship? |
| Shipping charges for a single Flex-TrackTM are about $45.00 nationally. A single VT-SatelliteTM will cost about $10.00 nationally. Both systems come ready to use, right from the box. |

| Will the platform slide or move? |
| Even on a slick surface when it’s not bolted down, the platform will not slide while in use. |
